Mission, Vision, Values

Our Vision

A just, inclusive, and self-reliant society where every individual—regardless of age, gender, or socio-economic background—has access to basic rights, dignity, and opportunities for a better future.

UTSAHO envisions a community where poverty, illiteracy, and social neglect are replaced with empowerment, education, and unity. We dream of villages flourishing with opportunity, harmony, and resilience.

Our Mission

UTSAHO is committed to uplifting marginalized communities in rural and semi-urban areas through strategic programs in health, education, livelihood, women’s empowerment, child development, and community engagement. We aim to:

  • Provide free medical care and rehabilitation for the poor, elderly, and disabled

  • Promote literacy and education, especially for girls, children with disabilities, and out-of-school youth

  • Equip unemployed youth and women with vocational training and income-generating skills

  • Establish social unity through community-building, awareness, and cultural programs

  • Support family planning, hygiene, and public health through knowledge and access

  • Collaborate with government and non-government institutions to maximize social impact
